Bruce is an active competition piper whose level is externally assessed in Scotland (CLASP Grade 3) and Germany (BAG Grade 2 Piobaireachd), with stage experience and experience across a wide range of performances.

Requests & repertoire
Every tune on the repertoire is at 90% mastery or higher, but the percentage reflects how well I know it — not always how recently I played it. Please give each request at least 1 month notice per tune. If you don't request specific songs, I'll build a custom repertoire for your event based on what I currently master, always in consultation. Special requests not yet on the list need at least 4 weeks of preparation per piece.

Travel & time fee
Travel is billed at €1 per minute of round-trip travel time from Hedel, calculated via Google Maps for the exact date and time of the booking. This is a transparent fee — you can verify it yourself.
Payment
Invoice after the booking (consumers) or in advance for corporate / event bookings. Bank transfer (SEPA), no card surcharges.
